Bedside Reference ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use bedside-reference.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is the email address you voluntarily submit through our signup form. We collect no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not attempt to identify visitors who do not submit a form.
How we use it
Your email address is used solely to send you updates about Bedside Reference content — new pearls, topic summaries, and review materials. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Submitted email addresses are stored by our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) and, when an email-delivery provider is added, that provider's systems. We rely on these providers' security and privacy practices to safeguard your data in transit and at rest.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us (see Contact).
- Request deletion of your data by emailing us; we will remove your address from our records.
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you by emailing us.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set minimal technical cookies required for site operation and security. If we ever add analytics, we will disclose it here and obtain consent where required by law.
Intended audience
Bedside Reference is intended for medical trainees and practicing clinicians.
