Who it's for

Built for both ends of the learning curve.

For the people who carry real responsibility and can't afford gaps in knowledge — whether you're building it for the first time or keeping it sharp.

For trainees

Build the foundation that sticks.

Skip the noise. Get the framework, the why, and the high-yield facts in a form you can actually carry into the exam room and the exam.

For practicing clinicians

Refresh judgment, fast.

You don't have time for a textbook. Get the current thinking on a topic in minutes, framed around the decisions you make every shift.

How content gets made

Current. Primary-sourced. Checked.

Built on the guidelines. Clinical topics are anchored to the society guidelines and landmark trials that govern practice — ADA, AHA/ACC, ESC, KDIGO, SSC, GOLD, ATS and others.

Numbers come from primary sources, not review articles. Cutoffs, doses, timing windows, and severity thresholds are taken from the society statement itself, or the trial paper when a trial drives the recommendation. Ranges stay as ranges.

Checked before publish. Key numbers are re-checked against the primary source before a card goes live. If something doesn't match, it doesn't ship until it does.

Revisited when guidelines change. When a society publishes a new edition, the cards built on it are reviewed and updated — new editions are exactly when stale numbers hide.

What we stand for

Authoritative. Sharp. On your side.

Bedside Reference exists to serve the people who care for others. The standard is simple: every pearl is concise enough to use under pressure, accurate enough to trust, and built to be remembered when it counts. No filler, no hedging, no gaps.

Spot an error?

Tell us. Fast.

Medical content drifts. If you see something wrong — a stale threshold, a misread guideline, a typo in a dose — flag it. Every report is read, and confirmed errors are corrected on the page.
